1. Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery charges must be paid in advance via online banking at the time of order. Your order will only be processed once we receive confirmation of this payment (screenshot or transaction ID).

  • Online Payment: Full payment (product price + delivery charges) is required at checkout via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

  • No Debt Policy: We do not extend credit or allow debt. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch (for COD, delivery charges in advance; for online, full payment).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • For COD orders, these charges must be paid in advance via online banking. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Damaged or Broken Bottles

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the damaged bottle and packaging.

  • You will receive either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund including product price and delivery charges.

3.2 Longevity/Performance Issues

  • If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance's performance, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be at least 80% full (minimal usage only).

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refund will be issued for the product price only (delivery charges are non-refundable).

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned item.

3.3 Wrong Item Received

  • Notify us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange return pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost.

3.4 Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

3.5 Claims Period

  • Damaged items: 48 hours

  • Performance issues: 7 days

  • Claims after these periods will not be accepted.

4. Product Information

  • All products sold by Gambit Fragrances are 100% genuine and authentic.

  • Fragrance perception is subjective. Longevity and projection may vary based on skin type, climate, and individual body chemistry.

  • Please read product descriptions and notes carefully before purchasing.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions. Check ingredients before buying if you have sensitivities.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
